Motivation, Where Are YOU?

I tried to exercise today.

I really did.

I had this idea in my head that I would Bee-Bop to my  
(rather dusty) dance DVD and Eloise would be there right
along side me dancing away.

That lasted about 30 seconds for both of us,
Eloise mainly watching me try to get my groove on.

Then I'm pretty sure I hit the Stop Button, 
walked into the kitchen and ate a piece of dark chocolate.

Maybe I'll try another day.



  1. Oh come now! You can do a whole video....I did...so you definitely can!!! ;) maybe you need a different workout dvd? :)

  2. I am the same way about exercising, I can go for week exercising pretty much every day and then hit a rut and not do it for weeks on end. I have some kick boxing (VHS tape) videos I would gladly mail/give to you if you would like them.


    1. Thanks Sandy... I don't have a VCR!! Wish I did though! I am not sure what kind of exercise dvd to even try! I remember doing Tae-Bo in high school gym class! That was a work out!
