Today was Eloise's first official homeschool outing!
I think I may have been a tad bit more excited about it than she was...
We traveled to a local State Park to visit the Sugar Shack
where they tap and make maple syrup!
Eloise got the chance to help drill the hole and also clear the
sawdust out of the hole. And at the end... got a sweet taste!

El and I decided that we definitely want to try to
make our own Maple Sugar Candy!
Looks like a fun day! I would like to take my kids to something like this.
