TWO!

We had a few hiccups in our plans to hold 

Dinah's 2nd birthday party this weekend.

On New Years Day my father-in-law had an episode and was taken to 

the hospital via ambulance.  After some different testing, the doctors 

can't determine whether he had a mini-stroke or a seizure.  

Given all that his brain has been through with tumors and treatments, 

either one is not a surprise... though it does, of course, cause alarm!  

Cory had the day off from work and was able to spend it with his 

parents while my mom came to hang out with me and the girls.  

Everyone was able to go home the next day and things
are seemingly OK.  Even though it happened 2 days before
Dinah's birthday, we have just been so maxed out emotionally
 (and physically with having a new baby)...

 we decided to postpone Dinah's party until next weekend 

(assuming everyone is in good health).  But in the meantime, 

we tried to make her day special just as our little family of 5.

I think she had a good time!
