Please pray that I can kick this cough...
Also, I ask for prayers for Cory's dad.
You may remember that he had Esophageal Cancer in 2011.
He successfully got through that....
but...
there are now concerns that he may have a tumor on his brain.
He goes in for an MRI on Monday.
We are on the edge of our seats waiting for the baby...
and also waiting for the test and results for Gene.
As celebratory as it is to bring a new life into the world,
we can't help but feel anxiety over the possible test results for my father-in-law.
We are praying without ceasing.
You look wonderful and I can't' wait for this new little one to join us!

Oh, Devon! I am so sorry about Cory's dad. I will certainly have him and all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Do you like hot tea and honey?--that is good for a cough. I keep checking on you and thought maybe you would have a whole-year tax deduction. You still have a couple of days. No matter, we just want everything to be alright.
